The rule
Four pungs or kongs, none of them claimed from a discard. If you win on a discard, it must complete the pair.
A limit hand: it scores the table limit. At tables that play to 13, it counts as 10, and faan for how you won are added up to the limit.
Also written 四暗刻. A concealed kong still counts as concealed.
